Kim Hall joined the district as First Assistant District Attorney in December of 2018 after serving Tulsa County for nearly 20 years.
Hall most recently led the civil division of the Tulsa County District Attorney’s office, where her team represented the county’s board of commissioners, as well as the county assessor, county clerk, court clerk, the sheriff and treasurer. Hall and her team also provided legal counsel to Tulsa County’s multiple divisions and boards.
A graduate of McAlester High School, Hall received her Bachelor of Arts from William Woods College in 1991, then graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 1994.
As the district attorney’s right hand, Hall is responsible for the staff and operations in Adair, Cherokee, Sequoyah and Wagoner Counties.
